The field visit for group 2 at Venniyoor Veterinary hospital was on 25 October 2023. They reached the hospital at 2.30pm. Ms. Anisha, a veterinary hospital staff lead us. She explained in detail to the students about animal husbandry. She explained in detail about domestic animals and use, current husbandry practices, food preparation for animals as well as marketing practices and production like Vechoor, Kasargod dwarf etc.. They also discussed domestic animals and their breeds, scientific names as well as medicines. The field visit was a better experience for students and they returned to college at 4.00 pm
